The Ultimate Party Drink Coco Pina Colada Mix

The taste of a sun kissed summer day, Coco Pina Colada Mix is the ultimate party drink. Shake well mix with your favourite Caribbean style rum and serve over ice garnished with a wedge of pineapple or maraschino cherry to make your party complete.

How to mix the Coco Pina Colada.

Pour complete tin of Pina Colada Mix into a blender, add about 120ml Caribbean rum of your choice. (Caribbean Rum is not Australian rum, the notes the Caribbean rum provides tend to compliment this drink). 3 cups of ice or 700ml worth of ice cubes and blend the concoction. Then cool and serve with a delicious slice of Pineapple or Maraschino Cherry as a garnish.
