Frozen Jerk Chicken: Has been cleaned with lime and vinegar. Then marinated in spices and herb and Jerk Seasoning. The walkerswood Jerk seasoning is one of our favourite, it has been enhanced with some secret herbs and spices, for a robust and more in-depth flavour profile.

How to use:

Defrost/thaw Chicken overnight so that the chicken can release the juices. Cut open and remove your Chicken, and heat either side until crispy 20/25 mins at 230C each side. for crispy texture, and juicy taste. Baste in juices or we recommend Las’ lick Jerk Sauce.
