Commitment to local Farmers

Bertie’s continues to be a major buyer of hot peppers and is proud to be a supporter of local farmers. They are “proudly TT” and this is reflected on all product packaging. Allana and Logan are currently exploring possibilities for the export market, starting with the Caribbean. Bertie was the man behind the recipe but Allana, his wife, was the saleswoman who pushed it in the early stages, to make Bertie’s what it is today. Bertie’s started in 2004. In 2018 Bertie’s was finalist in the T&T Chamber’s Champions of Business event in the Entrepreneur of the Year category.
