Using Sparky’s Jerk marinade

NOW IT’S SUPER EASY TO BE A KITCHEN/BBQ STAR
• Squeeze some lemon juice over the meat and leave for 10 – 15 minutes
• Salt optional • Rub Jerk Marinade into meat or vegtables
• Cover and leave overnight or longer in fridge (8 to 24 hours)
– or you can put the meat or vegetables in a clip lock bag, add Sparky’s Jerk Marinade and massage
• Slowly grill or roast until cooked
