Led by certified fitness instructor and experienced Soca dance teacher Jamie T, Free It Up Dance has been the home of Soca dance in Australia over 6 years. Sydney dance classes. Learn how to dance the smooth Latin dance salsa, or have fun with the Caribbean Carnival dance of Soca, or Caribbean fitness program SOKAFIT. Extend your existing skills, get fit and most importantly have fun. Run by experienced teachers and certified fitness instructors, Free it up dance offers short dance courses and workshops, ranging from beginners level to performance courses. Dance instructors can also be hired to run dance classes for team building exercises, dance clubs, or private groups – based in Sydney but can be contracted around Australia

Lady Bacchanal is a dancer and fitness instructor, with a love of Soca music, who has taken to the decks to share her love of Soca music in a new way. Exposed to Soca music over a decade ago she has been immersed in Soca culture since her first experience of Trinidad Carnival in 2010. As a dancer, Lady Bacchanal has danced and performed alongside artists such as Machel Montano, Olatunji, Afro B, Charly Black and the Caribbean Riddim Weekend plus more, and is keen to share the magic, the power and energy of this music style that just makes you HAVE to move. #socatotheworld
