At IRIE, we bring the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean directly to the streets of Sydney. As a small food truck, we specialise in serving mouth-watering Caribbean dishes with a strong Jamaican influence.
Our head chef, Josh Barua, is a British expat who deeply missed the rich culinary traditions of the British Caribbean community from back home. A professional chef by trade, Josh aims to share the unforgettable taste of Caribbean cuisine with Sydney. Using fine dining techniques such as sous vide, we ensure each dish is cooked to perfection, bringing out the full depth of flavours.
